I have lived here in Jacksonville for 3 years and I can say that my first two years was renting an apartment off of Hodges Blvd. and it was horrible! I moved to Portofino and the last year that I have lived here has been great. The pool parties are nice to get to know everyone...the transition to the new area was easy with the staff helping me. I'm surprised by the other reviews that I have seen...I have no complaints about the construction due to the fact that I have never heard my neighbors. I would say that this is by far the most relaxing and welcoming community that I have lived in.
