When we moved to Jacksonville two years ago, we were a little worried about where we would choose to live. When we saw Portofino, we were impressed both by the floor plans and people living in the area. Since moving in, we have had nothing but good experiences. the staff is wonderful and friendly, always available and willing to help in any way they can. Maintenance responds to any concerns we have within a day or two. Having read the other reviews on this site, I am a bit confused. They certainly have not been living in the same place we are! We have been here two years and have none of the concerns they address, nor have any of the other families with whom we spend time. It is true that many people do not renew their lease, but only because they buy homes in the area. Overall, Portofino has given us the best experience we could have possibly hoped for!
