Living here at Portofino has caused me much grief. At first I was very excited to live in what seemed like a more upscale establishment. I was so very wrong. First the Office staff are a bunch of prententious snobs. The only one that made any impression on me in a good way left a few weeks after we moved in. The day we moved in the place was less then satisfactory,there was mold in the windowsills,the junk still in the bathroom,and overspray all the floors and counters leaving white grime everywhere.the washing machine had animal hair all over it and in it and it was rusty!! Their excuse was they were inbetween housekeepers!!now come to find out theres mold in my coat closet where the a/c unit is...and it has spread all over everything!! no wonder my respitatory issues have worsend since the day i moved in. oh and our garage has termites, was such a nice thing to discover one day!! plus the management said we could rent out the clubhouse bc they didnt allow that anymore. me and my fiance wanted to rent it for a reception. but what do i see but people having parties there all the time'' and these were not ones just thrown by the apartments either. i cant stress enough how horrible i think the staff and place are.i feel raped by the amount of money i paid every month to live in such a dump...
