Anyone who is considering moving in to Portofino please do yourself a lot of grief and find somewhere else to live. I have a list of grievances a mile long but here are the worst ones . . . It blows my mind that the leasing staff, as HORRIBLE as they are still have jobs. The leasing manager has the worst attitude of any human being I have ever met. She treats you like you are a criminal and everytime I have ever gone in the front office she has the worst attitude. THis woman has NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IS A COMPLETE ----- and how she has managed to keep her job is a mystery. Second, the plumbing is horrible, the dishwashers are horrible, the appliances are horrible, the windows "Sweat" as the maintaince staff puts it causing mold to grow in all the windows. I have had severe sinus and allergy problems since I moved in. They say that it is quiet in the apartments which is a complete lie - the walls are paper thin. Overall - I would rather live in a cardboard box than stay here another month.
