Its got its bad and good points

I have lived there for 2 years now.
The bad things are:
1. only 1 garbage can for the entire complex, located at the front entrance. Most people have to put their trash on top of the car and drive it to the front.
2. I live in the back and "had" a nice view of the lake behind the complex. They have been charging me 50 bucks extra per month for the "view". Well construction has been going on for 9 months, and I still have no view. They would not remove the View charge!! And now our balcony is covered in dirt from the construction, unusable.
3. Most of the front office staff just tells people what they want to here without verifying.
4. They come in without notice or authorization.
Good things:
1. It is quiet in the back.
2. The buildings look new.
3. The gates work most of the time.
