My wife and I just moved in and aren't that impressed. The biggest hang up is the problem with mold. So far, we've found it in our mast-bath toilet area. Maintenance has attempted to get rid of it by painting over it 3 times, but it still grows back. We're not sure what we're going to do, but we'll definitely be moving out when the lease is up. I've talked with other tennants and I've heard that an entire building had to be gutted out. Looking around, it appears that the complex is about 60% full - not the norm around here. I guess the mold word is getting out.

Parking is a total nightmare. There are times when we have to park over 250 feet away. That's horrible when you're constantly packing kids, groceries, litter, water, etc back and forth on a daily basis.

Construction is kind of funny. The builders definitely took shortcuts here and there.

Other than these things, the complex is pretty nice. Plus, they were offering two months free for a 13 month contract - not too bad - but I am guessing they're willing to do anything to get people in here.

If you like mold, this place is for you! HAHA!
