Welcome to Parking HELL, where I would have to park 4-6 buildings away. the previous managment company did minimul repairs and it only worsened when Lincoln Property took over. I actually had to go buy parts and instruct the maintenance people for it to be repaired correctly. You know you should be afraid when you are told there are no studs in the wall. Maintenence also walks in with muddy/oily shoes and dosen't care what it does to your carpet you can pay for that when you leave. Danielle Barns is the only person worth talking to because she actually does her job. Other than Danielle don't waste your time, they let you know that you have interupted them checking their personal emails. I left multiple messages for the property manager who never returned any of my calls. Also get your check book ready because they can't keep their books straight and you have to do all the work to provide them ample information as they threaten you perfect credit.
