Parking PROBLEM. Rude office staff member GINA

Parking is an extremely serious problem. My daughter and granddaughter were living with us and my daughter parked her car next to the curb because the closest spot to park was at the front of the apts. and we live in the very back. They started to tow my daughters car at 4am and we were woke up by the noise and had to pay $45 to get it off the truck. Management said there was nothing they could do. My daughter would of had to walk from the front of the apartments to the back carrying an infant child at 10pm at night. CRAZY I agree with another reviewer. They have a person in the office named Gina that is about as rude as you get. No customer service skills what so ever.
