Portofino is now known as Aventine at Town Center. Management change I suppose as well. The owning company Archon Mgmt. has some shady marketing practices. For example they still promote this complex as having a spa. Yet after vandals terminally destroyed it, they chose to fill it in with concrete, cowtow to the vandals and yet they still market the spa as one of the amenities. Try going for a dip in a concret slab. This place is nothing special, and for the rent they charge, i'd expect a bit more on the mgmt end for upkeep of premium amenities, as well as securing them. Parkings a bit dodgy as well. Just say no to Archon Managed properties, you can do better.
