The reviewer of 4/30 is absolutely correct about the Preserve at Arbor Lakes. They do harass the residents and are very, very, very, slow @ fixing things. If you inquire about when something in your apartment is going to be fixed, you always get the standard answer, "You're on the list"! They do place parking stickers on cars that are not parked illegally and do not place stickers on those cars that are parked in no parking zones. They are more interested in putting in new landscapig (which it didn't need in the first place)than fixing broken appliances. The business that owned the apartments before used to offer residents things for free. Now they charge and give it to a charity of the large conglomerents choice! I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.
