Contrary to the previous two reviews, my experience has been adequate. yes, the compactor fills up, and yes the parking stickers are annoying. HOWEVER, if you are not parking in a no-parking area, it will not ever impact your day! I have called for repairs twice (once on a Sunday afternoon) and have had to wait no longer than an hour or so. I have found that if one treats the office staff with courtesy and respect, it is returned. Like most tenants, I find the added utility expenses annoying, however that was clearly explained to me when I was negotiating the lease.
