The arrogance of the office staff, particularly the manager, was the reason I moved.

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1999
When I first moved to what was then, Southern Pines Village, it was a marvelous apartment complex. The management team was extremely considerate, the maintenance people were exceptional, and the grounds were kept meticulous. In 1999 the management team changed and became abusive, arrogant, condecending, and intollerable to deal with on every level. In particular the new property manager, whom I am astounded to discover, still works there. I could not wait for my lease to be up and move. I believe that the incompetence and overall bad attitude from that management team drove away quite a few longstanding residents.
