As previous posters have stated rules and regulations of the community are enforced and I find that to be a great thing. I want to know that if my neighbors are not obeying the rules that it will not just be ignored. With regard to the "roof falling in" the apartments had new roofs put on about two years ago and everything has been taken care of.The community is beautiful, the managment is very friendly and caring. As usually in apartments some things break and it may take time to fix it, yet I have always been contacted and explained the situration by the office managers. I have really enjoyed living here and being pampered with great gifts, fun parties, a free car wash, a free back massage and much more. I highly recommend this community to everyone (I have even recieved money off my rent for reffering co-workers here). My neighbor said she lived here before, moved away and came back because she loved it!
