The previous posting speaking of the fair rules was probably made by an employee of Preserve at Arbor Lakes who also works at the front office! No one I have spoken with speaks of this community like that!
I have witnessed the failures in service and the brash treatment of residents by the management staff firsthand that have been mentioned. I have seen the water and mold damage in the apartments that were overlooked. I have seen the BATS flying in and out of the roof above my neighbor's apartment in building 19.

I have had tickets left on my car for parking in places that were not marked as "No Parking". While another resident parked his RV/CAMPER in the same spot where I got a ticket for over a week! He never had any parking warnings that we could see.

Sure...the commmunity has great landscaping, but while all the landscaping and pool chair replacement was being done, I and another neighbor upstairs had appliances(dishwasher) that weren't working and NOTHING was done for weeks. Do yourself a favor find another community in the same area. Location is great, but the management needs to change here before residents will be treated with the dignity they deserve.
