As a resident of The Preserve (Southern Pines Village) for nearly nine years I can only say how surpirised I am to read the other reviews of this community. I have personally seen so many wonderful changes here that I can not imagine living anywhere else. The grounds are kept beautifully and upgraded as needed, the apartments are large and have great things included like garages and very big patios. The managment had changed many times in the past but we have had the same nice people in the office for years now. I love it here and all the other people I know here feel the same way.
