To the credit of the current management.
The next day after I gave my complaint I received an e-mail from the current property manager (Sarah Heath) and she gave a heart felt apology for the concerns that I gave in my response. Obviously the current management does in fact take notice to complaints to the community and after communicating with her I would venture to say that she does a significantly better job at addressing concerns than past management. So despite my troubles there it might be worth it to take a look at these apartments.
(whisper) Stay away from the water though :)
