New roofs two years ago.
The maintenance policy is to respond within 24 hours ... or they lower your rent.
If you have different light fixtures you want installed, buy them, they will install them.
Most of the appliances I've seen look pretty new.
Garages and parking spaces make ample parking for RESIDENTS. If there are visitors, it may be harder.
The staff have been nothing but helpful to me. They hold meetings with residents to address concerns and they listen ... I believe some residents wanted a punching bag in the gym ... they should be getting it soon.
