I don?t know of any apartments that are going to be everything that you want it to be. You usually always find something that you are not going to like. I have lived at the Preserve At Arbor Lakes for about 3 yrs now so I fell a little bit qualified to say some of the things I will say. Yeah, maintenance can be slow sometimes, yeah they REALLY need to get some new appliances and yes the place does have every bug and lizard that Florida makes but I have to say that overall it?s been pretty nice live. The few times that I?ve had a problem with neighbors with noise, the new courtesy policeman has come over and shut them down. I guess that?s another good reason to live at the Preserve, my family and I feel really safe here. I have heard of a few cars getting broken into, but when you live in a apartment complex that does not have a gate, that?s the kind of thing that happens. I have never heard about anyone being robbed out here, and during the summer I even felt comfortable letting my son who is 13 go to the pool at night. The police guy we have working here is really cool. He stops and talks to you, you see him out very late at night driving around and sometimes early in the morning walking. I don?t know who he think he?s fooling with that unmarked car, but I guess it?s good that everybody knows that he is around. The people in the office are really nice. Kelly and the new pretty blond are very sweet, Sarah I am still trying to figure out but she seems nice too. My only compliant is that the rent is a little high for what you get; but I guess high rent helps to keep the rift-raft out, lol

Overall, it?s a good place to live. Better then some places ? worse then other places.
