watch out! bats

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
after three years of watching bats flying out of the upstairs attic,everyone had to say something, too get the problem fixed. now that they turn THE PRESERVE into LAKE CREST CONDOS, i've notice alot of patch work going on. crappy jobs covering up big problems. for starters; mold,mold in the walls, mold under the carpet. roaches-when neighbors move we always get roaches. nobody with dogs cleans up the crap, so, you can't enjoy walking in the grass. maybe that's why the grass looks so good. but smells so bad. if you decide to buy, you will spend to much on up keep. my guess is THE PRESERVE was tired of trying to keep up with maintance.....FOR SALE..
