I am a new resident and I have to say this is the worse apartment complex I have EVER stayed in. I have never seen a place where everything can be 'fixed' vs. replaced. The paneling is some of the doorways is chewed away and instead of buying new wood to replace this, they just use tons of painted to cover it. There are bugs!! The cabinets are covered with cheap plaster that peels. The toilets are dirty in the bottom. However, I saw an employee's apartment and it was immaculate. I guess the secret to a nice apartment is to work here. Maybe if the management company took an interest in the tenants and community vs just the rent, this place would to liveable. However, since they don't care...NEVER MOVE HERE!!!!!!!
