Pro's far out weigh the cons

Like any living community, there will be maintenance issues from time to time, but the affordable rent, scenic views, mulitple on-site laundrdy facilities, fitness centers, and pools are great.
The place is older, which may explain some of the complaints, but not nearly as bad as they are made out to be. Definitely not in the ghetto either...is just an interracial community which freaks some people out.
I've found it comfortable, safe, quick reaction to maintenance requests, friendly staff and residents. If you want to pay several hundred dollars more per month for a smaller apartment with less perks, then move to the east side.
