When I first moved here, IMC managed the place, there was typical maintenance issues, but I had no complaints. I was month to month after my initial one year contract ran out, which cost me an additional 50$ (no problem), when IMT bought it out 6 months or so ago, my rent got jacked up $106, and the month to month fee went to $100. Then they tacked on water, and pay by the THIRD or $75 more dollars. Not to mention payment after the 3rd has to be in the form of a money order. I have never been late on my payment even once in almost 2 years and despite a family medical emergency there was NO leniency. The road in front of my apartment had construction done to it and remains obstructed some month and a half later. The quality of resident has diminished CONSIDERABLY since I moved here, and continues toward that trend. I've had two stolen cars abandoned in front of my apartment in the past year, one stayed in my parking space over three weeks before it was towed. The ladies in the front are very nice, but that does NOT compensate for the lack of management. I would be a dream resident being here only 3-4 nights a month and keeping my apartment in emaculate condition, however I refuse to keep getting hammered with price increases and additional charges with no visible improvements in the area. We have 3 gates of which only 1 is ever open which causes terrible traffic in the mornings, the key card is constantly redone and don't lose it it was $75 the last time I checked. As far as the area, the water smells like sewer, there is dog poop EVERYWHERE, and there is a dirty little strip club within walking distance. I do not see the pro's of these apartments other than a convenient location to 10 or 295. I reccomend this place to no one.
