Yes they are not the best. They are cheap for the size. And the neighborhood is better than most. I've done alot of research on where to live for my 1st apartment, and with school and other bills i couldnt afford to much, but it was a start. maintenance does take time, but thats life, go to any apartment complex and most people will say the same about there maintenance. The laundry facility stays dirty, but thats because of the people that use it, if people would take the time to pick up just their trash than things would be fine. My apartment was alittle dirty when i moved in but it was a last minute change of apartments because of another person, not the apartments. Overall for the price its worth it I have seen alot worse. And with alittle extra time you can make the place look wonderful. I have a great view, and take advantage of the nature trail all the time. The docks are great to go sit and hang out with that special person or to just get away.
