Happy that I Moved

I lived at the Preserve for two years. The first year that I lived there seemed great, but by the middle of the second year, things really started to go down. I just recently moved because of the poor conditions. You have access to the gym, but the equipment is always broken. It's a good thing that the staff is so wonderful, because everything is always broken, especially the gate at the so-called gated entrance!! Actually, the staff is the best part. The violence and crime around the area has really picked up, there has been more than one murder and many robberies in the past few months and instead of informing the tenants right away, the try to cover things up. When I decided to move, there were a lot of other people that had decided to move as well, because the condition of the grounds, and the service has really gone down. It seems great when you first move in because you don't see what it's really like because they are trying to keep you there. I suggest you ask the residents that have lived there for a while what they think about the apartments, not someone that has just recently moved in.

Yes, I agree 1000000000%. I just moved out there not even a year ago and I'm ready to move already. It's horrible, the apartments need a full upgrade. And my light bill runs extremely high because the unit is so old.

I've been living here for 6 months or so and I don't have any problems with the apartment I'm living in. I'm actually looking forward to transferring to a bigger apartment once my lease is up.
