The Preserve likes to make their complex seem like a good place to live by telling you what they have to offer. You can't believe everything you hear. The front gate they say is to secure the grounds at night. That's a false statement. There will be a line of cars waiting till one person opens the gate and 50 other cars will follow. The pools are kept semi clean but I would never take the chance on taking a dip in it. It says on the ratings that the noise level is rated 2 out of 5. Maybe so if you're on the top floor. If your on the bottom that's a different story. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing including, well, you know what. Lets get to what matters the most, the inside. When I moved in the carpets were filthy, they painted the walls over tape, the AC unit was discusting and still is. The maintnance does not blow around the doors so if you have a neighbor that smokes and likes to flick their cigarette butts on the ground plan either picking them up yourself or complain to them. The office won't care. Overall, I tell anyone in their right mind to never consider living here. If you plan on getting a parking spot in front of your place, think again cause you won't. On the weekends, groups of people will party in the parking lots till 4 am. If you're a single person living here might be doable for a little while but not for a family. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
