I'VE SEEN ALOT OF MISFORTUNES ON THE CORPORATION THAT OWNS THE PROPERTY! IF THEY ONLY NEW THE TRUE POTENTIAL OF THE PROPERTY THEY WOULD MAKE MORE MONEY AND PLEASE ALOT MORE OF THE RESIDENTS RESIDING THERE NOW! THEY DO NOT BELIEVE IN RESTORING OR UPDATING THERE GROUNDS INSIDE OR OUT AND IF THEY ONLY SPENT SOME OF THE MONEY THEY ARE GETTING FROM RENTERS IT COULD BE A VERY NICE PLACE TO LIVE, INSTED THE MONEY IS NOT REINVESTED ONLY POCKETED LIKE A NORMAL NON CARING CORPORATION OF EVERYDAY LIFE!
THE SATFF IS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY TOLERABLE TOWARDS THE RESIDENTS BUT WE ALL KNOW NOT EVERYONE CAN BE PLEASED NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU TRY TO HELP AS FOR ME I STILL LIVE THERE AND WILL CONTINUE TO DUE SO!! PLEASE DON'T HATE THE SURRONDINGS IT IS NOT THERE FAULT ABOTU THE OTHER APARTMENT COMMUNITIES THEY WILL RENT TO ANYONE WITH WHATEVER CONVICTIONS OR PAST PROBLEMS OR BETTER YET ONGOING PROBLEMS THEY JUST WANT THEIR OCCUPANCIES TO BE UP!!

Well said. I am one of those people that will not be placated by promises to make repairs or improvements without results. However, I am not nitpicky to the point of unreasonableness. There are definitely improvements that need to be considered and made at this property. However, people need to be a part of the community and complain effectively to the management.
