Unfortunately before now I was not a renter until Feb of this year. Within two weeks I was experiencing the same plumbing problems that I am still faced with today. I have kept every work order and it doesn't seem like the property management even records the issues/maintenance reports unless the maintenance crew document it. There are several reports that I have made that weren't documented and the front office has no clue about.''' I have also experienced someone with a key from either maintenance or the front office/security not sure coming into my apartment without my knowledge and I do feel violated. I have reported it several times but nothing seems to get done. I am now installing a private cam to monitor my place and will press charges upon those entering without my knowledge since the property management/front office cannot explain why this is continuously happening. I am a very quiet neighbor, I don't go out much or pay attention to others around me here...my brother lives out here and they have some issues to but none that are major. I guess the overall experience is not too bad but I am not looking to move from one apartment to another so quickly either my next move will be a home/house.
