I've been living here for a month now despite of the negative reviews I've been reading here. Most of the reviews just come from spoiled, disgruntled residents who are just bitter most likely because of not paying rent on time and such.
After only a month of living here I can honestly say I really like the place. Its very affordable and you get access to the gym, 3 pools (which when I see them they seem to be up to date on cleanliness), tennis court, and boat/fishing docks. I live right by the river and the balcony has a beautiful view. I'm not saying how much I pay for my 1 bedroom, but its under $700. That amount of money would get you a rinky dink place in another part of town without the perks or maintenance. The people here seem average. Not too loud nor its not totally quiet here, which is fine because I don't want it to seem like a ghost town. Most of my next door neighbors are fine except one b*** who practically cried and complained when my bf parked his car with one wheel slightly over the white line onto her parking spot one time.
When I moved into the place, it was clean and it looks well taken cared of. The only complaint I would give is the parking. Too many people live on my side of the community and its a pain looking for a close spot after 5pm. The laundry room seems dirty, but I blame that on the tenants than maintenance since its mostly bottles and lint everywhere since they are so lazy to pick it up. And I like how they do criminal checks on everyone making the place a lot safer than other apartments. The fence isn't secured, but it maintains closed at night unless you have people waiting on you behind.

The only thing I regret is not getting a 2 bedroom which I plan on renting maybe in less than a year.


Update: I've had a couple of little maintenance issues, which were fixed right away. All is good with the apartment and I plan on living here for at least another year.

I live in these apartments also and I do pay my rent on time by the way and I still have complaints. I do stay in a 2 bedroom 2 bath paying more then you pay without luxcury.
