I have lived in these apartment for a while now and I have not found anything that is wrong with the apratments on the apartment complex end. People getting killed in the apartment can not be placed at the door of the owner's of the complex. They did not tell them to come there and start shotting. The lady that was just killed this past sat was truely a shame but yet the shotting itself did not take place inside of the apartment complex.

A crime such as this can happen anywhere. No matter the rent or where you live. The people that stay there tend to be the one's that let the bad seeds into the area. They are their friends not the complex friends.

So please don't place the blame on the apartment complexe when they were not the one's pulling the trigger.

omg, thats crazy, there was someone killed on the East side of the complex when I lived there ( probably a year ago), I ABSOLUTELY think crimes of that nature are indicative of the quality of the people residing in the surrounding area... I would have kept my apartment there out of convenience after buying my house but the lease terms they gave me since I would not sign another contract were rediculous- not to mention several rent increases without any service or maintenance inprovements - that light on the east side was out for the whole year and a half I lived there. Not to mention TWO stolen cars were parked in my normal spot on 2 different occasions and took weeks to be removed. I think the place is a sess pool and continues to get worse, there is no way I would reccommend this place to ANYONE I cared about.
