Horrible Place to live

My husband and I moved in here about early april and I was told that I would be able to break contract because I was in the military. When we moved in the place smelled like a cat and there were cracks in the paint on the walls that had been painted over with white paint. The door had been kicked in by someone previously, the deadbolt was loose and that took three weeks to get fixed. Our air conditioner froze over and then defrosted in our apartment and got water all over the floor. The pool was never cleaned and was nuclear green for about two weeks. There was dog poop all over the place. The people were horrible between the rednecks and the drug dealers I was afraid to walk around there at night. The gates never worked and the office staff was unhelpful even while I was doing the paper work to move in. Parking is a nightmare, the spaces are too small to get into. The place smelled like a sewer and when it rained the creek flooded over and ran into the apartments by the river. I was transfered from there a month ago and I turned in all the required paperwork to move out and cleaned the apartment till it was spotless and now Ive just gotten stuck with a 2000 dollar bill for breaking contact early, carpet cleaning, paint and other things that were not in the orginal contract. I would not move into this dump. It is not worth the rent!!!
