I just moved here about 6 months ago and I'm ready to go.The space in the apartment is great, but not for the all the problems that come along with it.When I first moved here I told them something was wrong with my roof in my bathroom, a few weeks later I had a roof leaf. They fixed it, but about a month later it happened again. This time they fixed it for good, but I had to look at a hole in my ceiling for about 2 weeks because they forgot to finish the good. And my apartment was not ready when it needed to move in, then the carpet was sour which they did nothing about.

Your frustration is warranted. Unfortunately, they recently had to send one of their maintenance men to another property for a few months and only recently got him back.
I, too, have things that need to be fixed from when I moved in. I have found that you have to keep reminding. Ask for copies of work orders, etc. so that you can track the progress.
The office staff and the maintenance guys are great. Just the follow-up and completion of work is not.

Well that sucks. Everytime something happens, they come to my apartment in a reasonable amount of time and fix them up right away. Plus the maintenance dudes are nice.
