I've been living here for almost a year now and I have no major complaints. A little maintenance issues, but they get fixed right away. Yes the complex is older, but the rent is also reasonable so you get what you pay for. This place isn't as bad as many people complain on this site. There is no place in the world that is violence free. This place isn't exactly perfect surburbia, but it also isn't the dirty ghetto. Its decent and my part of the complex is pretty safe. Our neighbors look out for each other. If anything maybe the complex next door makes us look bad, but you cannot control who comes into the property, only try to approve non-criminal tenants. That's why if you have concerns about anyone, it should be notified until something is done about it. But overall I like living here. It really isn't that bad.

I agree that there is no place that is crime-free. I moved here from a nice suburban area which still had crime (vehicle break-ins). The complex does what it can to keep things safe with the gates and criminal background screening for all applicants. As for the responses to this post - I wish people would post appropriate responses and complaints on here instead of rude and simply negative posts. Speak your mind but put some detail in it.
