This place sucks. People walk there dogs and let them crap everywhere. Maintenance is not that bad. Everything in the fitness center is brokenthat has not been fixed in a year. The pools are dirty and a light that is suppose to be underwater is still connected, but sitting on the edge of the pool. When the sprinklers start it smells like sewage. Raccoons are abundant. The general neighborhood is strip clubs, loud annoying cars with bass, people with there pants pulled down so much they can hardly walk, and rednecks. As for the gate, it's not broken. What happens is one person opens it and then several cars follow. People wait for others to open it. Yes there was a drive by and that is a product of this neighborhood. This place sucks!

I agree with the second person...you're blaming the property management and staff on things that they have no control over...they have sent out notices about the pets and persons needing to pick up after their dogs. What else can do and as far as fining them for it can they really determine whom it is or not? The same issues here you will definitely face elsewhere because you seem to be ---- about everything. You are renting/leasing a place not yours and never will be go and move not into another apartment complex but for your taste shouldn't you be trying to buy a home and or condo where there are fees associated with fining your neighbors a place where you can really call your own!

Well, you must work at the office being that you blamed the tenants and took personal offense to my comments. I blamed no one, but merely painted a verbal picture of the surroundings for the unsuspecting new renter. I do appreciate, however you confirming all of my points to be true!

Well..... Instead of blaming the apartment for dog crap, blame the tenants. They are the ones responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Also, tenants are the ones responsible for breaking the fitness equipment. I don't think staff and maintenance deliberately punch holes in the treadmill keypads just for the hell of it. Even though its not new, a working treadmill did get replaced. I will agree with you on the swimming light being left out, but the pools are mainly dirty from leaves. Pools are right next to trees, and throughout the day, the wind blows leaves off of them and they often fall in the pool. Sorry the maintenance people aren't in the pool area every second picking up after every leaf. Call them up and they'll fish them out. Yeah the sprinkler water do smell like sewer, but this isn't the only apartment. My friends sprinkler smells the same and she lives in the southside. And ummm....the strip club has nothing to do with the apartment. As far as racoons....I don't know if you were blind when you were shown the apartment or when you moved in, but if you look hard enough, this complex has a lot of trees...and um....we are at the edge of a river. Lots of trees = animals. Get it?? Okay guess not. Well raccoons live in trees. I might be crazy, but maybe that's why you see them. If you don't like them you should've moved to a place with barely any trees, and just grass and cement. But I would be more concerned about people than furry animals that mind their own business. Also fashion, or anyway people wear their clothes has nothing to do with this apartment so that comment was irrelevant. Aaaaaaaaaaaannnd the gate situation....that happens in every gated community!!!! And last but not least, you wanna talk about drive bys.......even the nicest of places like the southside just had a drive by shooting just a few days ago very close to the st johns town center!!!!! So what do you have to say now?????? And no I don't work here. I don't have to work at the complex to state my comments. I'm just tired of prissy people people who whine too much. Stop expecting places to be perfect. This is the real world. Stuff happens. And you're dumb because I didn't make any of your comments true. I just agreed about the light on the pool, but the rest of your complaints are a waste of time. As you can see, I wasn't the only person who thought that way. And yes you are blaming someone.....you are blaming the ones who run the apartment and the people who live in the area duhhh!!!! Why else would you type out your review in such a negative way??

sweetblackk was only giving her opinon. She wasn't blaming anyone for the community. She was only giving her point of view. She is correct though. Just as she discribed, that is what you will see.
