I lived here for a year and never had any real major problems. My air went out a few times, but they fixed it in fairly timely manner. On weekends and fight nights, some people can get a bit loud outside, but other than that, it was quiet. I got my entire deposit back and would definently live here again if I ever moved back to that side of town.The parking was sporadic and you never really know if you can park close to your building, but it was only once that i had absolutely no where to park. If you pay your rent on time and communicate with the staff your needs, I think you'll be satisfied staying here!
