I have lived in the same apartment since April of 2005. I knew I was in the right place the moment I was greeted by the office leasing staff.
They patiently listened as I told them what I was looking for. After showing me the property and the choice of several areas and apartment sizes with which to chose, I made the decision to lease there. It was a decision that I have not regretted.
I ve never had a problem finding a place to park even when I arrived home late at night.
The Maintenance team is terrific. The turnaround time is quick with emergencies dealt with promptly. They really do a great job and are very cordial.
For example: Hurricane Hanna caused flooding in my apartment over that weekend. A midnight call to the emergency maintenance person and within 30 minutes I had service rendered and a plan of action to take care of my carpet.
I totally impressed. And I'm not the only one they have done this for.
The grounds were kept in great shape (My apartment overlooked the river with a gracious view)
As far as safety is concerned, I ve had no issues and don t of anyone who has.
I only moved because my job transferred me to Tallahassee.
The office staff worked with me so that I could make the move and was very professional in doing so..
I would recommend this complex to anyone!

If I happened to return to Jacksonville and needed an apartment, I would not hesitate to come back to The Preserve Apartments.

Who writes a review like this?? My personal opinon is that this review was written by the managment or a memeber of the staff. I'm glade that you were pleased with your "Gracious View".
