YES THEY'RE CHEAP AND HAVE GOOD DEALS....BUT....
Stay away from this place!! This is not a safe place for you or your family, There is a major crime problem here, Drugs,Shootings, people getting robbed at gun/knife point and even murders!! pretty much anything you can think of, it happends here!
The apartments are nasty, not well up kept and no matter how many times you ask them to fix something, they either A NEVER COME or B takes 2-3 weeks, there have been cases of mold in our apartment and all they did was spray some bleach!!
Since I have been here, I have developed allergies, I cant even run my a/c cause I wake up totally congested, the plumbing is awful and you can expect to have constant backups, in you sinks, toilets, bathtub and even right outside your door. Talk about gross and a huge health hazard!!
Some of these apartments are known to be infested with roaches, rats, ants! They claim this to be a gated community, but the gates are always open or broken, no security cameras, As big as this complex is, there should be! There are also 2 other complexes down the road, which do not help on crime either. If you want proof, there are still bullet holes in the front of One of the buildings where a young lady lived 2 years ago, killed by a "drive by shooting". Call the pizza places in our area as well, they will tell you what happend just a few weeks ago and why they won't deliver, which there isnt mush sround here that will!!
Just get a report from jso Before deciding!!!!

My family moved out of this complex 2 years ago because a young woman got shot while sleeping by a drive by. My favorite part was the main office staff LIED to the tenants! They said every thing was fine. Needless to say the news had a different out look!! Good LUCK!!

This place is just full of lies! I thank god everyday that I had a chance to get out! Considering that it was just my baby and I. The staff are a bunch of LIARS!!!!! I actually got into an arguement with one of the staff ladies there. I seriously hope she left. I can't STAND her!
