Not a decent place

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
I lived there for a little over a year..in that time there was problems with the neighbors, when they replaced the roof in 2005. they did not cover it properly and my ceiling almost caved in due to rain. all they did to fix it was repaint it. i had mold growing in my closet
