when we firsted moved in a year ago it was great until the worse neighbors moved in upstairs then that was a pain...... i thought after the neighbors moved out a few weeks ago living would be good but NOOOOOOO my apartment and another one in my building was broken into on the same day we are considering moving out asap as my kids are terrified and so am i...
