Save yourself the trouble!

I moved here 2 years ago and since then they have changed owners. The new owners are completely incompetent. When I have spoken to the women in the offices on several occations about problems they look at you like you are crazy. I'm talking about simple things, like "the light in the kitchen is burnt out, I need it to be replaced (which they handle)." It took 4 days to do this. Another maintanence issue is that of water damage in our bathroom. It was reported at least a month ago. We had been in the office for updates on when they will come several times and they kept asking us if we had a shower curtain. Who doesn't have a shower curtain in a shower that requires it'!'!'!'! ANyway, they finally came to look 3 weeks later and said they would fix it the next day. That was a week and a half ago! They do not seem to be able to deal with the volume of customers they have. One of their excuses is that they have been having a high turnover and that several new people have come on board. The laundry rooms are disgusting and the second pool is finally not green and safe to use (after a whole year of being unusable). I would definately say rent at your own risk! As to the review on here that discusses the mold, they are correct. It is terrible there and I really cannot believe that people have had a positive experience with the management and workers! And it's sooooo loud in these apartments.
