Like another reviewer, I moved in because of the specials they were running. At first the staff was great and I was happy. Then I realized that the upstairs neighbors were not elephants and they were not going to be moving; so for the next year I would have to be woken every morning around 6 by not the neighbor but his floor. That was the loudest floor/ceiling I have ever heard in my life, it was not normal living on the first floor noises, the celing creaked and buckled, it sounded like his foot was coming through. Then there was the neighboring business complex that employed parking lot/grounds maintance that worked at night. or should I say "early" in the morning, I'm talking industrial leaf blowers and those steam curb-cleaning machines at like 2 in the morning, at least once a week. There was also a rape in my building just before I moved out, an 85 year old woman. There was a rash of them , some guy in that area. Not to metion the homeless camp that was set up in the bushes near my front door. I had a lot of issues, the complex changed management and I broke my lease the first day I ever spoke to the new manager. I have never had a business interaction as rude, accusatory and unprofessional.(July 03)

In response to your complaint. ME TOO!!! This is the MOST crime ridden apartment complex! I am a single mom with an 8 yr. old boy and I want out of the remaining (6 mos.) lease period! The last straw was when I was stopped by a policeman while on my way to the laundromat telling me that it wasn't safe because that their was a home invasion a short distance from my apartment. If anyone should consider moving in, I forwan them that they will need to push furniture against the front door in order to feel a safe!
