This place is safe during daylight hours only. Keep your doors and windows sealed. The maitenence are freindly and helpful however the apartments are bare bones minimum with cheap parts. It's not the appropriate place to raise a family, for instance, four people in a one bedroom efficiency, But it happens all around this community and I've seen it. Most of the tenents trade bugs. When you kick um out (the bugs) they visit someone else for a while, mate and come back to you with their thriving families. -Only work exposure...Have never lived here.
