I have lived in Sandpiper for ten months and am counting down the days until I can run away screaming. The complex is dirty and office staff is rude. I had nine people living in a roach infested 2 bdrm. beneath me and no one cared. Naturally the roaches moved into the building and despide the many "pesticide sprays" and even reporting to the health department nothing has been done. My garbage disposal has broken four times in the past two months and no matter what I can't seem to get hot water for more than three minutes. Not to mention that three cars were broken into in my lot as well as two motorcycles stolen in the past three mths. I strongly recommend living somewhere else if at all possible!
