Ok, i have just read most of the reviews from the past. Some were right and some were dead wrong. Maybe the wrong ones that i read because they were from a few years ago, were true. But some things have improved. Since i have moved in there have been no burglaries or any crimes. I feel pretty darn safe here. Try to make friends with the people that work in the office and maintenance guys, and believe me, things will go a lot smoother.

I wont lie, the maintenance here is not the best in the world. But, they recently fired some guys that loved to slack off on the job and they hired some new guys that do pretty well. But still, in order to get things done around here, you have to be persistent. You want something done then you go to that office and annoy the crap out of them. Trust me, they'll fix things quick just so you stop going there. If and when you move, inspect the apartment top to bottom. If something is broken, start hounding them.

The ceilings I swear are like paper thin. If you are like me and get a first floor apartment, be ready to put up with the people upstairs. Really, its just a fact of life. Yes, you can hear 99% of their walking and it gets bad enough to where the windows and ceiling fan shakes. But, you are not in a house and there are some things that you just have tp put up with, no matter where you go. Then, if you are an upstairs tenant and you got ---- neighbors downstairs and think the world revolves around them, you gotta put up with their complaining about you walking upstairs. Its a vicious cycle that never ends. Screwed if you do, screwed if you dont. So, if you cant live in those conditions...get a house.

The landscape is really not that bad at all. Especially if you live towards the main entrance of the apartments. I cant vouch for the back buildings cause i dont go back there. The pool is clean 95% of the time and open. The gym needs some new equipment, but hey its free, what do you expect for the price we pay to live here. You get what you pay for. Oh...about the insects...terminix pest control does sprat every apartment before a new tenant moves in. Roaches are some resilient SOB's and even after a second spraying those little suckers are still running around. So, here's what we did. Went to Wal-mart and bought the COMBAT roach motels, pretty standard stuff. Guess what' The roaches were virtually non-existent in a few weeks. First you see a lot of them coming out and dying in plain view, then things just get better and i havent seen one in weeks. So, i hope this review helps some of y'all out there. Remember that no place is perfect(unless you have your own house, and even then i doubt its perfect). AND, for the price we pay it could be a WHOLE LOT WORSE. Thank you.

Man i so agree on alot of this. in order to get crap done you have to hound them, but being on a busy life schedule, who has time to do that. I had to wait weeks to months till i got things done and still from the day i moved out my a/c didn't work. stains lifted in the carpet and eveything. They never want to hear what you have to say. maintenace and pest is always a problem. They need to put us in the hotel across the street and cover the damn building with blue tarp.
