This has been the worst place I have ever lived. I can't wait to move out. There are a lot of trucks and white vans parked near my apartment at all times so I have to park far away. There is trash EVERYWHERE! They don't want to pay for trash pickup, so the compactor overflows (there is only one) and by the time it does get picked up, there is trash all over the place. Maintenance leaves things like appliances and blinds wherever it's convenient to them. They don't pick it up for weeks. Maintenance requests take months (even broken Air conditioning in august) and then they lie and tell me they already fixed it, when it's hotter than an oven in my apartment with A/C at full blast

Everything is falling apart. dryer vents onto porch and flings lint everywhere. boards that make up deck are rotting and come up when you step on them. Floorboards in the apartment break so there are soft spots everywhere. stairs were rusted, so they painted over them (black). All the drains in the sinks and tubs block up. tile in kitchen are peel and stick and slide around. door to medicine cabinet fell off the other day. Sink has been rusted since we moved in. Air conditioner vents had mold in them so they took them off and spray painted them. Most of the air conditioner vents are missing adjustment knobs so you can't close/redirect them. windows don't stay open. They put an indoor door lock on our front door. You can open it with a q-tip or paperclip.

Talked to management here... nothing happened. Talked to regional manager...nothing happened. talked to headquarters, got someone out here two months later and they took care of one or two things on the list that we gave them.
