When I first moved in here, there were dead roaches everywhere. They were supposed to clean the carpets by the time I moved in--they didn't. So, my 50 year old mom had to rent a carpet cleaner and we had to clean it ourselves. THEN THEY DIDN'T WANT TO PAY US FOR RENTING IT! We did all the cleaning and they didn't want to pay us for renting the thing--we had receipt in hand and everything. When I moved in, the A/C was broken. It remained broken for the next 2 months. This was in August and September 2008 mind you, it was not cool (literally and figuratively). Oh, and did I mention the 100 DOLLAR late charge if you pay your rent a day late. Also, the pools are disgusting. When I first moved in here they were GREEN--COMPLETELY green. You weren't even allowed to go in there. My neighbors upstairs complain about the place incessantly. OH YES, and how could I forget, MY CAR WAS BROKEN INTO THE FIRST MONTH I MOVED IN HERE! One of my neighbors had her door kicked in and stuff stolen. Prostitutes frequent the area. When I first moved in it was commonplace to see people sitting on curbs--looing for work I guess. They just painted the place a red but don't be fooled; paint can only take a place so far--not to mention the paint-job in piss-poor at best. Well that's my review. I could go on, but I'm sure I've convinced you already.

This is absolutely not true.Anyone that believes this should go and check out what the truth .When you cannot pay your rent on time why blame some one else for not doing their job.

Who are you working for? I have the police report. If you tried to move in here you would know there are roach problems. If you lived here you would know the pools were green. Why did you reply anonymously? My guess is you work at the place.
