Too much trash moving in...

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
My husband and I lived here for almost two years. We just recently moved (Jan '03). When we first moved in, it was very clean and nice, but over the past two years, the management has changed and so have the people. We were faced with trash left outside by neighbors doors overnight, loud music, fights, kids with NO respect for others, etc. We decided to move and did so quickly. As we were moving, some of our belongings were stolen and the management did not seem too concerned. Stay away from Regency Lakes.
