I have lived at Regency Lakes since Feb of 2003.I have experienced the noise level to be loud at times. Miss Carol in the office was a thief stoled from her own employees, she was a liar most of the time, a very greedy woman, mean and very selfish.The grounds are kept up very nice if the damn tenant's would not throw their trash on the gound for the maintenance to clean up after them. The maintenance crew here is wonderful they usually fix things right the first time. Very glad to see that Kevin guy leave he was a very mean and nasty person.
