I do not live in Regency Lakes Apartments, nor do I know much about the complex. I just like to look around on this ratings website to view apartments in the area. I just find it amusing that people bash an apartment or a leasing agent because they were denied rental due to bad credit. It seems to me that if you have bad credit than you have no one to blame but yourself, after all it is YOUR credit. Here is a thought, maybe try paying your bills on time.
