After reading the reviews for Regency lakes I felt I had to write a review also. I have been a tenant at Regency Lakes since 2001 and have always liked living here. The new management is great. The office staff is very nice and helpful. The maintenance staff is great. If you call in a work order they actually fix it the same day.
The grounds are kept very nice and the pools too. The new management is great and I plan to be here until I buy a house.
