The raise the rent and do nothing. When the management changed, they promised to make improvements.... that was almost a year ago and the only thing they have done is repaint the speed-bumps!!
The don't water the grass, trim the bushes, pick up trash, the pool is filthy, the gate is broken (always), the property is always covered in trash, the staff is swindling and and a bunch of liars.
They don't do maintainance. My apartment is covered in MOLD! because the A/c doesn't work properly and won't cool the apartment! They say that they will fix it but it has been months! We are going to get sick from mold inhalation!
DON'T COME HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT.
